The foundation prevents Gender equality violence against women and girls. It’s essential for economic prosperity. Our societies that value women and men as equal are safer and healthier. Gender equality is a human right, and it is achieved when women and men enjoy the same rights and opportunities across all sectors of society, including economic participation and decision-making, and when the different behaviors, aspirations and needs of women and men are equally valued and favored. Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls. Empowering women and promoting gender equality is crucial to accelerating sustainable development of society. 

Ending all forms of discrimination against women and girls is not only a basic human right, but it also has a multiplier effect across all other development areas. Sustainable development depends on an equitable distribution of resources for today and for the future. It cannot be achieved without gender equality. Hence, the Women’s empowerment is a key factor for achieving sustainable economic growth, social development and environmental sustainability.

At NCRIB, Everyone is considered to be equal and treated the same way. Our women equality programme enables women and adolescent girls, who belong to the lower socio-economic strata in periphery of Delhi, by empowering them to lead a life of dignity through realization of their self-esteem and inner potential. It is rooted in gender inequality and discrimination against women. We are providing assistance to our society on following:-
